Hi there!

WE’RE ERIK AND ERICA HOSCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE, REAL ESTATE ENTREPRENEURS, BLOGGERS, LOVERS OF LIFE, AND LONG TIME CHRISTIANS.

Firstly, our names….no, we didn’t do that on purpose! We met in 2001 in a predestined situation that involved a pair of yellow phone books, an internship and Drake Business School. Erik likes to say that he picked me out of a phone book since his decision to hire an intern for his family’s property management business led him to a yellow page search of local business schools in the Bronx. Ironically, my own search for a vocation started with a phone book and the same yellow page ad for Drake Business School. Ten months later, our paths aligned when Erik’s search for an intern led to me. We’ve been working together ever since. As joint owners of a real estate brokerage, Gunrick Residential, Inc., and key members in the family property management business (Krislen Management Corp), we have decades of experience in affordable rental housing, residential and commercial sales.

We married in 2006, raised 3 sons and are now experiencing the joy of being grandparents. We help run a not-for-profit, The Revolving Door, Inc. and are active members in our local church, Arlington Community Church.
