I took this picture last year after one of the few snow storms we had in Poughkeepsie, NY. It’s amazing how beautiful a simple road can look when adorned with snow. I don’t often stop to admire things like this. Life can be so loud and busy sometimes that I miss the beauty in the mundane. Psalm 104:24 says, “O Lord, how many are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.”
The earth IS full of His riches! Imagine how much more fulfilling life would be if we stopped to admire it more often? We should strive to look up and around more. I guarantee that you’ll see a lot more of the beautiful that surrounds you.
